Audio is deleted from our servers immediately after transcription completes. Document metadata stays in your account for the dashboard history; we never store patient content server-side.
All traffic is TLS-encrypted. Infrastructure is hosted in Sydney (AWS ap-southeast-2). Audio handling complies with the Australian Privacy Principles (APP) and the Privacy Act 1988.
