ProscribeAI is a clinical documentation tool designed to assist licensed healthcare professionals with administrative tasks. It is not a substitute for clinical judgment and should not be used as the sole basis for any clinical decision.

2. Eligibility

This service is intended for use by registered and licensed healthcare professionals only. By creating an account you confirm you are a licensed healthcare professional.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your login details with others.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods. Billing is handled securely through Stripe.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ProscribeAI to process audio containing information about individuals without their knowledge or consent. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate patient consent in accordance with your professional obligations and applicable law.

6. Limitation of Liability

ProscribeAI is provided as a documentation aid only. We are not liable for any clinical decisions made using output generated by the service, nor for any errors or omissions in transcriptions. Our total liability to you under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding any claim.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tasmania.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email if we make material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
